You can't manufacture that. It has to come from something honest, and getting there requires actually caring about people. I genuinely do. That's not a brand value I wrote for myself. It's why I do this.
The best creative work I've been a part of didn't just drive revenue. It turned customers into fans. Passionate, unprompted, irrational-level fans. That doesn't happen when you're optimizing. It happens when you're connecting.
I think deeply about what moves people, what they actually care about, and how a brand can show up in their life in a way that feels like it was made for them. Then I build the teams, systems, and creative to make that real.
